Payment for on-line orders may be made by Master Card, or Visa credit cards. Credit card charges will not be incurred until the shipment of the product. You will see the charge for your order on your credit card statement with our company name, Global Digital Instruments, LLC.


Your web order for delivery to the 48 contiguous US states will be sent by UPS Ground Delivery or DHL. UPS & DHL cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a street address.

If you require another method of delivery, or for deliveries to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska or Hawaii addresses, or international addresses, please contact us by telephone for accurate shipping charges and delivery times and to place your order. Our number is 585-425-5965.

UPS shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery zip code.

Product Availability / Special Order Items

Global Digital Instruments, LLC offers a limited selection of products for sale over the Internet. Global Digital Instruments stocks in our warehouse only certain items for the more common applications. We strive to ship these stocked items within two business days after you place your order. Delivery time is approximately five to eight business days after shipment.


Disputed Credit Card Policy

If paying by credit card and consumer disputes claim for no fault of Global Digital Instruments, LLC, Global Digital Instruments, LLC will add a $20 charge back fee when reprocessing the credit card. The $20 is a fee that is charged to Global Digital Instruments, LLC by the processing bank.

Sales Tax

Appropriate sales tax will be charged on taxable items and shipping charges when these products are shipped to an address in the state of New York.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within twelve hours of placement. If you are having any trouble canceling your on-line order, please call our Customer Service at 585-425-5965. There will be no fee to cancel an order that has not yet been processed by our Customer Service department.
